These services are provided to business subscribers ("Subscribers") who deploy them for their own customer communication purposes.

3. AI Communication Disclosure

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to handle customer communications on behalf of Subscriber businesses. Individuals interacting with our AI system may be communicating with an automated virtual assistant rather than a live human representative. Our AI assistants are configured to identify themselves appropriately and to disclose their automated nature when directly asked by a customer. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their customers are informed that AI-assisted communication may be used.

4. SMS Communication Terms

By using our services or submitting your contact information through our website or AI communication system:

  • You consent to receive SMS messages related to your inbound inquiry, appointment, or service request
  • Messages are sent for the purposes of responding to customer-initiated inquiries, confirming appointments, and managing service-related communications
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
  • Reply STOP to opt out of further messages at any time

5. Subscriber Responsibilities

Businesses subscribing to our services agree to:

  • Use the platform solely for lawful customer communication purposes
  • Obtain all necessary and appropriate consents from their customers before enabling automated communications on their behalf
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable mobile carrier guidelines
  • Provide accurate business information for platform configuration
  • Not use the platform to send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful communications
  • Maintain appropriate opt-out mechanisms for their customers

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services or platform to:

  • Send unsolicited communications or spam
  • Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
  • Misrepresent your identity, business, or the nature of communications
  • Engage in deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent practices
  • Send communications to individuals who have opted out or requested no further contact
  • Conduct any activity that infringes on the rights of third parties

7. Service Availability and Disclaimers

We strive to maintain high availability and performance for our AI communication systems. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We are not liable for service outages, communication delays, or missed interactions resulting from technical failures, carrier issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be perfectly accurate. Subscribers are responsible for reviewing their AI configuration and ensuring appropriate handling of complex or sensitive customer situations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Missed Calls to Cash and TruePath Development Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost business opportunities, missed leads, or damages resulting from:

  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Configuration errors or miscommunications
  • Customer decisions made based on AI-generated responses
  • Third-party service failures, including telephony or SMS carrier issues

9. Pricing and Billing

Service pricing is discussed and agreed upon during the onboarding process. Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance. Specific billing terms, including cancellation policies and refund eligibility, are outlined in your individual service agreement. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice to active Subscribers.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software — is the proprietary property of TruePath Development Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

11. Privacy
